About the Founder

Hi, I’m Cindles— the creator of HolistiBloom. My journey into health and wellness wasn’t a straight path, but rather a realization born out of years of pushing myself to the limit.

I’ve always been someone who keeps busy, constantly striving for more. From working as soon as I was legally able while still in high school, to juggling double shifts to afford tertiary education, and later managing full-time work alongside full-time university studies—balance was never my strong suit. Even when I took a break from academics, I found myself engrossed in duties at church and working all sorts of hours to manage work load, and then diving back in to studies, completing a postgraduate diploma while still working full-time and maintaining responsibilities at church. I was experiencing burnout after burnout without realising it, but just trying to get through it and do what I needed to do.

But then, everything changed. A shift in my career happened when the company was acquired by another company (larger) in the industry, while adjusting to the ongoing changes and still juggling everything else (duties at church and completing my studies), I found myself feeling drained—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was running on empty, neglecting my health, and waking up each morning with a growing sense of numbness. I was having increased migraines with my back muscles painfully tensing up not once, but multiples times during the period. My body was speaking up and I was not listening. It was during this period of burnout that I realised something had to change. I needed to prioritise my well-being, not just as an afterthought, but as a foundation for everything else in life.

What started as a personal mission to regain my health and energy soon became a deep passion—one that led to the creation of HolistiBloom. This space is a reflection of my journey, a place where I share what I’ve learned about holistic wellness, mindful living, and finding balance in a busy world. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, know that you’re not alone—and that taking small steps toward wellness can change everything.
